Earth first: before the Moon, Mars or low orbit, we set out to improve life in our own harbour. That is why the silent leap in urban areas is greener, less disruptive and gentler on the city around it.

The concept leans, over time, toward a self-sustaining site: waste-to-energy that powers the port and the surrounding grid, carbon capture on the stack, and agritectural structures that grow food on the same powered platform. The launch is the spark — the goal is a piece of civic infrastructure that pays its own way and gives more back to the city than it takes.
